I think what he meant was GW and/or EA could put a stop to the game itself, not your stream. If they think that anyone is making any money on their intellectual property and they feel the desire to do something about it, they can. So I would contact the heads of this project first.

We want to this game to stick around, so take all precaution.
We are not concerned with people streaming the game. It's done for thousands of other games as well. The project is public, and proud of it, running a Facebook page, Youtube account, and Twitter account. We're not hiding anything.

Ye si knew what he meant but the game itself and the community cannot be affected by a streamer whos partnered, I do a live radioshow I do video games and I do letsplays. My content is not restricted to WAR and never will be therefore EA or GW cannot file anything against RoR period. RoR is not endorsing my stream or offering packages for sign ups via money through my stream. If I stream the game all it does is show there is a free WAR provate server up. Thats all.

If people subscribe to me under fair use, then they do so on the regard that they enjoy my content. Trust me if it was that easy to attack a small gaming community then alot of streamers would be out of a job

Have you guys ever considered to try to contact Gamesworkshop public relations team and discuss that you guys run a free community and was hoping they would offer any time of help rxpanding the community and their product?

I know As a Tabletop fantasy fan myself (**** AGE OF SIGMAR PERIOD) that GW are moneygrubbing assholes but its just a thought

Just for your information, GW closed some Warhammer fansite because they used the named and typo/colors.

I'm not sure they'll really enjoy this project...
