stuttering/skipped frames constantly

i wouldn't say it is an fps issue as my fps seems fine however every 1-1.5 seconds it's like my game skips a frame. the first time i noticed this start happening was 3-4 days ago when i logged in at primetime with about ~600 players on and i just chalked it up to the server being stressed out.

however

i logged in tonight and the issue persists, tried lowering gfx and restarting the client several times, checked my CPU and ram usage and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. i would like to add that none of my other games are giving me any problems with fps so i don't think this is hardware related.

Have you installed any add-ons for the game since the lag started?

Hi, no i don't play with any addons

I decided to just deal with the lag and play for the sake of my noob friend who i just got interested in WAR and i noticed that about after ~1 - ~1.5 hours in the lag completely stopped randomly, no idea why. the whole time i was power leveling him at rats it was skipping frames like i wrote in the OP and then randomly an hour or so in , poof, the game runs smoothe again.


Edit: seems to be happening each time i log in so a temporary fix would be for me to just afk in the wc for an hour or so then play.

I've had this alot on live and also a bit here. It was after playing for a lot of hours without restarting the client tho. So it only started some hours in to my gameplay, and very often happend in LOTD.
I could always fix this with a client restart, but that doesnt seem to be the case here, I take it?

BUMP issue still persists and it's very annoying as if i D/C or get kicked for some reason i have to idle in the WC again for over an hour usually to try and play again. here are some videos you can look at to get an idea of what im talking about

(there screen freezes for about 20 seconds 3 minutes and 15 seconds in, i didnt experience this in game so just an error with my video recorder)

as you can see in the video of me in the scenario, my gameplay is much much smoother
