N.AMerican servers not connecting?

Logging in from N.America and was able to connect earlier today when the client was repeatedly crashing.

I'm unable to connect from a N.American IP now but if an EU IP is used then I can login.

The problem is one of my alts I created on Sunday and leveled up for hours was deleted :( .

It was far more likely that the issue today at OVH (our provider) cause massive issues for NA and Canada. They lost a section of fiber connectivity, lots of things were down or unavailable. There's still a lot of things broken according to their status page. http://status.ovh.net/
