Gear Question

Aside from the renown vendors in capital cities, and the camps just on the outskirts of RvR. What is another way to gear? I've been gone for a long time, and I am curious on what other outlets are out there for gear. Right now, I'm on my Runepriest, and boy is it brutal doing quests solo with subpar gear from renown vendors. I am pretty much just wearing base gear. No shoulders, or cloak. Some clarity will help me greatly!

Ah will have all the gear but unfortunately it's much more expensive then destro side
