Connect button issues, work then error?

So ive looked around but cant find any solutions, First the connect button doesnt connect me, i restart till it connects but i keep ending with this error..

This a fresh install aswell, hoping to hop on this.. although i never played the original servers, giving this a try!

Actually, this is one of the more common issues on the forum it seems.

The fix seems to be either:

a) right click "properties" on war.exe and makes sure it is NOT read only. While you're at it, make sure the other files aren't read only as well.

b) Run as administrator

c) both of the above.

Uncheck your Warhammer Online folder from read-only.
