One quick question about SW

Hi there.
I was wondering, do (1) the tactic for SW that gives -10%chance for your attacks to be defended against and (2) the tactic that reduces block/parry/dodge by 15% if your attack is defended and 83) -10% block from acid arrow all stack? it would result in -25% dodge/parry chance and -35% block chance for your offensive target if it did right? I know, nobody would waste 2 tactics ike that, but just curious...

I think the answer is YES, they stack. Like Tesq just said, "ignore" its different from "lower".
Those tactics, combined, should give SW the chance do kite a TANK in the end of the game. But, unfortunately, its not what happens. Its absolutely impossible to do a 1x1 against a RR 70-80 TANK. Not because of the parry, dodge or block; but because of the high HP regen compared to the low damage a SW can do to a end-game TANK.
