Error with RoR Launcher

I streamed from utorrent and everything seemed fine but when I put the RoR Launcher into the War file, boot it up and type in my forum information it comes up with an error and will not allow me to go any farther.

What do? Any Ideas?

What kind of an error does it give you, could you copy it please?
