1 shots should not exist plain and simple, especially when half the time you cannot see who or where the fester arrow is coming from, its not like a sorc/bw rotation which may deal 3k damage but can be cleansed, or the like of rend soul/divine assault which can be easily interupted, this is a skill with 100ft range that ignores all resists, i mean as if sw's didnt have it easy enough already being by far the easiest class to kite on(sure gobbos but you order dont have to care for pounce, rkd or 1 shot kills from 100ft).
Just nerf enchanted arrows tactic, make it ignore 50% of resists and see how that works.
And before ppl say wait for t4 before changing stuff, most of us played t4 for long enough already and know whats up, i really dont want to see 8k+ festering arrows before its changed.

then you would have to nerf some other classes too
like IB+BG have a skill that costs i think 40 of their career-mechanic and gives them 160 AP - this one also does avoid GCD
and i am pretty sure there are more examples

Most of the order classes are ok maybe they need a buff ;), when i look to SW, WL, slayer, kotb, WP,...etc...YES this classes need to be improved.

My sugestion is to remove all usefull skills form mara and give them to order classes, for ex: slayer can have armor debuff, WL wounds deb...and continue! and for SM i think he should have them all :D
