Mastery Abilities Not Working?

Mastery Abilities on shamans are not working? can anyone confirm this.

Which specific ability(s)? i have some friends who play shammy and none of them have said anything

well I went to spec my points into Mok (7 points) and I didnt receive any of the skills. I even tried dragging the skill from the person but that still didnt work.

i need to put in 5 points to reach the ability then i need to use 1 ability point to get the actual ability
