Launcher don't start

Hello,

I have strange problem and I caanot find solution on forum.
When I click RORLaucher.exe program starts (I see that arrow change for one secont) but after some seconds it disappear from program list (I observe this on task list)
By this problem I cannot start WAR launcher not starting.

have You any idea why?

Run the launcher as admin?

Yes, but this happen suddenly - I play several times on the same settings before. 3 days ago something happen - I not install any other program.

There is any program to track run of Launcher?
