Fixed my issue. I dragged all the contents from the Sildurs Warhammer Online settings into the Warhammer folder and used the nvidia tool as told. I got it working now. ;)

Yes to your edit...

Just place the folder called Sildur's Warhammer Online settings with all the files in it, into your Warhammer folder. DONE!

That is EXACTLY what you are meant to do. It even says in the guide. Please read guides carefully, in the future.

Cheers for the ENB Sildur, thought I'd make you a purdy sig if you're wanting it - 'tis the least and only thing I can do that's somewhat decent.

all the characters are glowing white but the background looks awesome.

Oh man, it's fantastic!!
The only strange thing, though, is that it lowers a bit my framerate, even if I have a damn good GT 750M Graphic Card. Thoughts?

Read the guide properly. Turn lightmap off and restart game.

Looks great! HBAO probably takes the biggest hit on your framerate, as ambient occlusion is usually a fps eater.
