[help needed] Activating the T2 RvR Dwarf zone

Greetings,
I am a tad frustraded because in the last 6-7 days I have been unable to activate the Dwarf T2 RvR zone in my book. It seems trivial, but the consequence is that all INF gained in BV and MoM is wasted. I am already almost at full INF for order and elf, and because of our current sequential opening, I know that I gained an equivalent amount in dwarf, yet nothing was counted.
Is there any perticular way of activating the T2 RvR zone? I have visited the 2 WC, talked to the rally master, suicided into destro WC (I got the destro RvR T2 dwarf activated for what it's worth), defended BV, took Fangbreaka, took numerous objectives... nothing.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

you will need to go into the BV RVR lake and pretty much head to the Destro WC that should unlock the chapter as you run up the ramp

It worked - Thanks a lot - and all my INF was there - I guess the server kept it.
