Launcher CONNECT button grayed out

Hello!
I followed the steps to download the game and have put my RoRLauncher in my WAR folder but I am getting an issue where when I try to log in ... I can't. They CONNECT button stays grayed out. Also, on the bottom right of the launcher, Web Server shows red and the Login Server shows Yellow.

A friend of mine has teh same issue, connect button grey since yesterday. She was playing for a month junt fine.

I got a diferent issue since yesterday, I connect with the launcher, but inside the game I cant conect to the server.

Try using a VPN. www.hotspotshield.com
Connect to the London server.
