Melee Dok can pve but can't farm properly, because you lack a spamable aoe attack.
Magus could need heal against large packs. It works better with guard but the killspeed is good.
Mara kills a littlebit slower but needs no help at all. Best all-in-one grinder.
BG is the best destro tank for grinding. Make sure to pull a lot because your aoe skill spends hate.
