[Destro Side] Scavenging Cap 151 or 200?

I've had a number of people tell me the Scavenging Cap is 200, but I've seemed to have capped out at 151, killing lvl 23 mobs. I can't find anything higher then 23.

People say you can scavenge the lvl 33 mobs in IC to get 200, but you need 165 to be able to Scavenge the lvl 33 mobs in IC.

How do you make the jump from 151 to 165 to be able to scavenge lvl 33 mobs?

Simply grind yetis.

Yes, it MAY take long, but it's the only way. Once you get to 165, you can form grups and farm the hell of IC's arena.

Are you sure the Yetis gets you from 151 to 165, because I killed the lvl 23 ones last night for about 3 hours and it didn't move off 151, so I don't know how I'm going to get 14 points off them.

Unless it bugged out recently, i'm totally sure, since I myself farmed yetis to get to 165 (but that was about a week and a half ago or so.

I think it took me about 1 hour. But 3 hours? Either you are extremely unlucky or it's bugged.

Maybe they changed it or it's bugged, because of the recent bug where you couldn't get past 25 skill. So I know they had to tweak crafting a little.

killing level 23 mobs at 151 skill will have about 3% chance for a gain. gl :p

(lvl24 will have about 6%)

I think the biggest issues isn't even 151, it's when you get to 160+ skill. lol

At 160 you cannot gain any skill from mobs with lvl24 or lower anymore. Just sayin. We (the players imo) are generally not supposed to get a skill to 200 in the easy way some people may have been able to before the change. Imo all gathering skills from 150+ should be reduced back to 150 anyways

Ya, if only a handful of players are able to have access to 200+ skill (because of a bug or whatever let you do it before) and therefore easier talis, that should be reset for the sake of fair play, or give everyone else access to it.

When t3 opens everyone will have access actually, but right now its kinda unfair indeed.
