Are there IP restrictions?

Hi Guys,

First of all, Thanks for running such a cool community here.

Myself and my roommate are trying to play and are having issues. I successfully downloaded the client, created an account and logged into the game. Our issue is with my roommate who is using exactly the same procedure and gets the message "Invalid Username/Password" when he attempts to log-in. Are there some sort of IP restrictions for connections from the same IP address? If so, can we talk to someone about having them lifted so that we can both play?

Thanks for letting me know, kind of frustrating in that case as I now have no idea what is causing the issue.

are u openning it as administrator?

If it's a brand new account the error is on, then just create a new one with a simple password and it should work fine. Keep it without any numbers and all lower-case.

Password changes take a while to set up properly on the server, so it's best to just make a new account on the Invalid Username/Password one if you haven't played yet.
