Just dying over and over again.... It's just gonna make people log off, and then both factions are losers in the end. The victors will run out of people to kill and objectives to take, and the defeated will just stand afk in wc or simply log completely off.
Zone hopping is fun?! Are you serious? You have fun while running away. Fun to avoid fights in a rvr game?
That's beyond rediclious!

40 vs 20 is only 200% aao, that is easymode!
Those 40 can't be all at the same place, because they have to guard BOs. The underdog can decide where they attack. This alone is a L2P issue, as some ppl never learned to fight against greater numbers.

This happens, when people play in pug warbands.
Dying is no option.

Their is no strategy in zone hopping

Their is no fun in flipping empty Bo's and keeps

Multiple times I've seen players like penril whom when one faction is dominating will log the other

And all other points that need to be said about how a smaller numbered faction can fight larger ones with the rvr changes was summed up by sulorie

"40v20" is only a "slaughter" only if the 20 are fighting the 40 head on in which case ofc you deserve to loose

This is why I said I didn't want to be responsible for the RvR system. Either you defeat the purpose (combat) in favor of free rewards, be that via RoR's old system or zone hopping, or you force combat and are at the mercy of imbalanced numbers.
Yeah, I can see the dialemma. I personally like the zone hopping more though. At least then, both factions can have some what a fun time.
You have fun in capping empty BO's/Keeps?
Im sory but you really make no sense
This is still a RvR game not a RvE game.

given that you still get rewards even when losing (i still think thats the wrong concept but ok) , how does it demoralize so much youd rather take empty objectives then finding other ways of fighting?

what i think is missing are public rvr leaders like we had on live t4. every wb kinda is on its own and even within wb there is often no leader and people are scattered over the whole map etc.

Some people seems to like RvE and Ashran zone of WoW. This new system helps the underdog faction, cant see anything wrong on it.

I didn't say it was fun. I said it was MORE fun than dying more and over again, which is very un-fun.

Yeah, fighting a passive 1v2 is easymode. Are you **** serious? *facepalm* And no they don't have to guard ****. They can just sit afk in the Keep and then re-take the BOs when they are taken. They have 3 whole minutes to move their arse from the Keep to the BO. Just leave 1 guy in the keep and let the 39 others zerg that one BO that was taken. Unless you take your 20 guys, and take all 4 BOs at the same time, you are screwed. EVEN THEN, if the opposition is as organized as you, they'll just split up like that as well, only they have double your numbers. Enjoy being slaughtered at 4 places at once!

There*

There is more strategy in outmaneuvering your enemy, than mindlessly trying to fight them over and over. That's just idiotic.

And there's no fun in being zerged. Your argument is invalid. It's a matter of taste, by the end of the day.

What else can you do when all 40 sit hiding in a keep defending it, Einstein?

Hi all!

I dont say i have an idea for the problem!

The problem:

Yesterday i ran about 2 hours with a private party at dwarf/orc zone.
Order zerg take bos but cant attack keep, little destro groups and open wb do the same......
If destro try to keep a bo order zerg come and kill all and after the destro steal an other bo.
We can only steal an empty bo and kill some order. but order zerg kill us.This is not fun!
My team is log off and saw lot of ppl too...

We want fight with a little order group not the zerg, but these things need to 3 zone(now only 2 i know) and a locked zone max 30 min to unlock and see on the map where is the fights!

long time fightning is boring in 1 zone.
Little groups and open wbs ( all the time have) need zone hopping, need to see action on the map and need to see timers.

Need 2 bo to can attack a keep is not the best(sry this is my voice) need to change, i havent better idea (door dmg reduction, hp regen or more hp for the doors) and maybe bo 15 min timers is not good.
0 keep fight was not fun!
20 min keep tick not fun, 20 min w8 time boring+not see timer, we take a keep and afteri fight out of the keep range and dont get nothing.
If the alliance chat will working we will have more tactician options.

I dont know the best idea for rvr rules!
We need to find out the golden midway to timers, ticks, zone locks etc.
The War is live to the whole world, we need to feel!

you recruit more players to your side obviously

Surely a guild as large SoD should have no problems bringing more people to the fight
