Problems launching game (pic included)

I downloaded the file via torrent following all instructions, placed the launcher file into the folder, and when i try to connect i get this error

i cant seem to find another thread telling me what is wrong as i followed all of the instructions, i have ran the launcher as admin, read only is unchecked, etc etc

I've now also tried moving the folder to somewhere new, still same error. What is the deal with the unauthorized access? there are no other user accounts on this pc, i am the admin, there is no firewall or virus thing turned on.

War.exe is usually set to read-only or the file is blocked, both show up in the file properties.

Try a full system restart - restart your pc

ok got it you must set data.myp same as war.exe
