WH is the weakest MDPS on order atm, kd is nice... but 50% crit tactic is essentially 0.5% increased damage per 1% of crit. Without 2 knights running crit tactics it falls short until t4 when you can stack a good bit, or 1 knight can run both, SW has leading shots, etc...

The main choice that should be made by a WH atm is "does my group comp need a KD" (knight and IB both should have theirs) so in 6 mans you are probably running PTF, as its the best healdebuff order has access to.

Solo you run PW obviously

WH comes online at level 31, and becomes very solid at level 40. Compared to the FOTM classes like BW/Sorc/engineer which sort of plateau at level ~26. WH having the weakest class "mechanic" out of anyone aside from their mirror contributes to this a lot.
I know most IBs run the KD, and the Knights are running DT. Even so, lack of crit doesn't make FC as viable right now.

true but crit stacking is going to be very powerful here on RoR because their will be no TB and your kd will be strong if their is no RD.

And to say your the weakest dosnt mean much in the grand scheme of things when your comparing them to wl who has one of the strongest burst atm from an mdps and slayer who is the strongest mdps in the game

crits still feel pretty good though and we dont have cheese knight of the sun to help us and i expect to see that part of knight nerfred cause with no rr ordo running 20% crit for a grp is absurd

WH is currently a very middle of the road class. Not great not awful. As most have said at 31 they start to shine. The class itself is the second best mdps on order and 4th overall, (Mara, slayer, choppa, WH, we, WL) at rank 40. I believe once we see a bit of tweaking the meta will change at 40 and you will see a bunch of different groups run WHs because slayers will not be as strong simply for the variety of damage and ability to ignore armor in a game where armor talis are broken

what is usual chance to be crit? I believe around 15%. add 10% from dirty tricks and you have base 25% chance to criticaly hit. doesnt seem low especially when u can add ini debuff from various sources to the mix to make your target more vulnerable to crits

dont know how are sc weaps but I think there might be weapons with 2% crit chance

so we have 15+10+4 = 29% chance to crit + few more % from ini debuff so you can have around / over 30% chance to criticaly hit your enemy....with that abso can hit pretty hard with FC (even more on tough+armor debuffed enemies)

If you're lucky to have your Knight specced DT, not all do.

The problem with the WH is not so much the damage, but how fast they are dropping in the current meta. Takes 2 globals at most to drop one.

1. No armor talis work. That's why WH/WE are useful. Because everyone stacks armor and we ignore it.
2. I have been playing a WH since day 1 in RoR and I have yet to be two shot by any class. It's not a tough class to kill but if you play right you can stay alive just fine
