Making Money?

(Background info: I started playing on RoR a couple days ago with a group of friends (7 of us all together).

We have been leveling and queueing SCs in-between. Tho I think I only got 2 pops last night

We have all hit T2 (lvl 20ish now) and none of us are anywhere near the 15g to get a mount. )


1: What's the best way to farm up the 15 gold to get a mount.

2: What's the best way to farm up the 15 gold, if SCs aren't popping and you can't get your kill X amount of player quests finished?

You can get some from RvR but mostly is farming items and selling them to either vendor or AH.

Would you be able to suggest a good farm spot, Order side? We have been AoE grinding PQ mobs and drops seem very far and few between.

Do you happen to know offhand if the Snow Yetis are at a PQ? If they are do you remember the name of it?

For me, doing the repeatable Kill X players quest works! Not THAT much, but it gives abous 25s each, and all of them complete together while in SCs. Dunno why you don't get many SCs, I get a lot =/

I'd guess it's the time of day we are playing.

If SCs are popping, the kill player quests are good. When your waiting 40+ minutes for an SC pop, not so good.

Also, kill quests are working, they give a fair amount of money, about 24 silver/quest

This. After 25 silver kill quests were introduced i never had to farm gold in PVE, even to buy mounts for plenty of alts.

I think it might be because we are playing from the US. We are spread across EST/CST/PST. Pops during US prime time last night were taking 45 minutes - 1 hour. So using SCs to get the kill quest done wasn't great, it's why I was trying to figure out an alternative.

Just to double check I have them all, are there 3 total 25 silver kill quests?
