Duel wield or 2H, on average which has higher dps?

Not DPS related, but should be considered:

2h +10% block strikethrough

vs

dualwield +10% parrychance

is the one major imbalance between the two choices.

Block strikethrough is totally useless on any half brained DPS.

On DPS classes it's not as big a problem, but on most tanks the mitigation loss and the abilities lost are never worth the slight DPS increase of a 2H.
