So everyone (who plays a White Lion) knows the pet usually stands on a target after you kill it, until you attack something else. However, if you give the command to Heel, the pet will follow you immediately.
Is it possible to give the pet an automatic Heel command after its target dies? This would make the pet much more viable and make it feel less buggy and more fluid.
i guess this applies to SHs as well?

Can't tell you how many times I've been mildly annoyed when your squig walks into a warband of 40 and chills there until it dies or you heel it back. It will come with the general pet rework I'm assuming, just have to be patientPenril wrote:i guess this applies to SHs as well?

This would be great!
my cat is an idiot, it likes to run the opposite direction and despawn itself in some areas of the T2 zone lmao.

Personally, I think WL and SH should be redesigned to remove the crappy pets. Huge amount of work, yet repairing the crappy pets isn't easy either.
Pets never really worked. Still remember that one time my WL pet wasn't able to cross the bridge in Dragonwake close to order WC solo.

Haha, SHs pets do the same thing. It's funny the first few times but does get annoying if it happens right before a fight.jonspidy wrote:This would be great!

Re: Pets: Auto Heel petition
I hotkey 'heel', as well as attack (squig is always on passive) as well as 'passive' (because after sac/re-summon they seem to zone pre-loaded agressive) which I hit soon as they materialize and it works great. Except for 'heel' (because it's not an option) I do the same with my demons on the magus.
