Hi Gargatyk,
I main a runepriest and its a great healing class! I assume that is what you will want to do with it as opposed to dps, so I'll give you my 2 cents.

First as you may or may not know, renown points, item set bonuses from rvr, gear and most mastery points are not yet in game, so I work with what I have.

As for builds, I personally use this http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=rp; ... 862:3863:0

Compared to the other healer classes, RP doesn't have a defined healer tree, instead its broken into
direct, aoe, and dot/hot based
I find it important to take one of the runes for some form of group utility. Master rune of fury is a good choice to give every group member some much wanted AP. I have reviewed the others and they seem lackluster compared. The rune of adamant is a small heal and rune of speed is situational. Also this tree increases the amount healed of your direct single target heals. Instant Grungni's gift healing for more? yes plz

For tactics this will vary on play style but given the few options, I find "Disciple" and "cleansing Vitality" to be good options.
"Disciple" increases willpower-always nice as more healing
"Cleansing Vitality" gives a hot to the target when you remove a dot, essentially multitasking a heal of yours. I will admit the amount isn't much but every bit helps. you can replace this one for more resists or armor if you feel the need for more survivability.

Also two very important abilities to keep you alive
Grimnir's shield- 50% damage reduction for 10 seconds has obvious uses
Rune of preservation- detuants a target reducing the attack power by 50% (hit a witch elf with this when they pop on you and live to heal another day)

A great healing class with many utilities. I've been spolied with this classes healing to the point I can't heal with my AM or WP. This class has many options. There's more abilities and tactics I could go over but I think this is enough for now.

for healing you can use something like that
endgame
lvl 26
and improve you kiting skills

this should lead into not dying so fast^^

(beware of the BG outgoing healdebuff, you can't cleanse it)
imagine peace

chars:
Tathagatagarba - Idleprotest - Pinkpanther
Satori - Satoritv - Cookiemonstaaa - Arthurconandok - Gobdylan - Marychoppinz - Hugehackman

Can someone update this with a good healing build for level 32 (preRR40 and RR40)?

ST healing - http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=rp; ... 862:3863:0:
AoE - http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=rp; ... 862:3863:0:

ST gives power heals (2.5k crit heals with BoG on around 600ish willpower, no willpower talis too ^_^) and the nice HoT armour proc.
AoE you can switch the bubble from the tree for the armour proc on HoT, or self-armour if not RR40

I'll probably run a ST spec, you don't think Swift Runes would be more beneficial than any of those tactics?

It is important to run a addon that lets you quickly target anyone in your warband/scenario because Res quickly is very important.
When facing off vs enemies players are going to die when they get focused, often winning is about being able to quickly recover from a focus, a back line pair of WE's, etc.
Keep detaunt on a very easy to reach key - i use R.

When you get a WE unsteath on you. Detuant->Grimnirs Shield->dot your self-> Rune of Shielding - don't give the WE/Mara your back! Face them and absorb/POT.

Get focused by Sorc - watch out for the WoP dot on you. Cleanse, detaunt, hot yourself.

Group heal at all times that it is useful. Don't waste your time with single heals when what you need is group heals.
Pre-hot.

Swift runes uses too much AP(Maybe viable in a kite squad). Blessing of Grungni gives more healing that you think, and the armour buff is great for your guarded dps, or yourself :)

RP really need 4 tactic slots to work optimaly. However. Right now i would go with. Blessing, Absorb, Ancestral. Pick up Ap Master Rune and the Absorb Tactic from Grugni. You don't need to run Dicipline on RP/Zealot as they get stats from both int and wp. Another option is to skip either Absorb or Blessing pick up Master Rune of Adamant with resto burst tactic. But i think the first build is better with 3 tactics.
