My opinion is t2 should stay at old tier brackets, level 21 for the sake of balance. Some skills dont belong in t2 and are to powerful, ofc as you have made great progress with fixing skills there is no reason to hold back on increasing the level cap but like how tier 1 level cap was decreased with tier 2 patch i hope when tier 3 comes into play the cap is lowered in tier 2.

Yeah, it's going to hurt us pretty badly against SC premades running with the good ol' double slayer, double KotBS, double WP trinity.

Agreed. It's weird to see how valued the current PvE gear is... considering level 23 weapons and jewels can give a respective +84 and +25 stat stack in the extreme cases (Sorc/Shammy staff, Choppa Cuttas..)

Throwing some much-needed RvR gears in the mix would both encourage diverting from the stat stacking and give players more purpose to capture keeps, if we're going to allow RvR gear to be bought with Medallions. We don't even need outrageous set bonuses; people will slot a full set of RvR armor over PvE armor granted they have talisman slots. I think the current jewels are pretty good to keep (+25 on r23 and +14/+14 on r25), but could the devs maybe consider adding these to the RvR shop as well for some gold or medals? I think that by adding these jewels and making them BoP, you can diminish the need for farming massively just to get those lucky drops, since they are a TON better than the +18 and +10/10 jewels people have just been able to get full sets on. PvE farming will still serve its purpose seeing as the cloaks are still sought after (and capping at a pretty high price of 20-30g each), while some weapons are exceeding Scenario weapons in terms of usefulness due to massive stacking bonuses.

Hmm people might be right about the dmg getting to high now without renown spec.
Can we expect renown spec added annytime soon?
