Launcher error

every time I try and use the private server launcher I get this error can you help me please?

WAR.exe is set to read-only in it's file properties. Make sure no processes are using it, otherwise it will not remove the read-only flag. You may also need to whitelist war.exe and rorlauncher.exe in your antivirus.

thank you for the information. I did what you suggested and it brought me to the launch but it gave me another error.

actually I switched that file off of Readonly and now it runs thank you so much for your help Im so excited I can play this game again !
