Account compromised: All characters deleted and a strange lvl 1 character created

Hello support team and GM community,
I am facing a critical issue with my account. Recently, I logged into the game only to find that all of my characters have completely disappeared. They are gone from the game character selection screen, and they no longer show up on the website Armory or Killboard.
Instead of my characters, there was a level 1 character on my account that I never created.

I am absolutely certain that I am using the correct account login and email. It seems that my account was compromised, and someone logged in, manually deleted all my high-level characters, and created this new level 1 character. Or just server crash out and i might got the biggest bug.
Here is the information to help you check the logs:

• My Missing Characters: all the names that i remember. destro side: alcoholicbo - chosen lvl 40. painee - witch elf lvl 40. avicenna - shaman lvl 40. tosol - marauder lvl 40. cherepaha - choppa lvl 40. drballsaks - sorcerer lvl 35. potatot - magus lvl 40. voluss - squid herder lvl 40. order side: prostokvasha - witch hunter lvl 40. nitroglycerini - bright wizard lvl 40. peniciclini - warrior priest lvl 40. cheliks - kotbs lvl 40. neponyal - shadow warrior lvl 40. tatarski - ironbreaker lvl 40. plov - slayer lvl 40. tolstich - engineer lvl 40. feelight - white lion lvl 40. and a couple of low levels.

• The Strange Level 1 what i have deleted to check if there was a bug or something, but nothing changed.

Could you please check the account logs for recent IP changes and manual character deletions? Is there any possibility of recovering my deleted characters or should i just give up?
