Marauder means a person who roams around attacking, raiding, and stealing—essentially a raider or pillager.

you cant be mara and deftard, you gotta move fast, hit hard be generally awesome. bonus points if you manage to steal the magic hat. Also to be a roamer, be it solo or group you would have to move around and wait in a safe spot. staying in 1 spot is very much not a roaming, its camping
