Annulus rings are still bis so make them obtainable with Genesis crests. Annulus rings made genesis jewels completely useless especially for dps. It is possible to get lower versions of annulus in pve dungeons but it is pretty hard to gather required gems compared to making the best version during the event.

I think i will never understand why bis jewel of the game is only obtainable from an once a year event.
