Is Blue Horror bugged?

I’m wondering if Blue Horror might currently be bugged.
When I summon it, it doesn’t seem to cast any of its assigned abilities. Instead, it only performs basic single-target attacks.
I’ve tried checking the pet abilities, but from what I can see, none of the expected Blue Horror spells are actually being used.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is there something I’m missing?

you might want to fill it into bugtracker, its the way to get these looked at. click the bug tracker link on top, log in, and make a post. you can also do quick search of someone else has beaten you into it. and eventually you might get status update too when someone has got time to look into your problem.
