Please stop taking my post out of context. You don't know the theorycrafting that went into that build and you present it as if it's unbeatable when it has very large weaknesses. I could duel a we built that way on my order toons and beat it. Its not uncommon to reach those numbers on any defensive build. In fact that build is weak to ranged and big parry builds since 90% of your Regen requires you land autos. As well, you seem to have issue with the 2/3/4 v 1 bit when in reality not only is that extremely rare but that usually requires some lowbies to be present. You're not soloing a trio of trinities lmao. In fact most of the multi v 1 situations you pull off are against WH groups.rorswar wrote: Thu Apr 23, 2026 4:45 pmYes, I do. A RR70 one, which I put on the shelf in disgust. Everyone sees it, even the WE players themselves who don't have their head so far in the sand that they can't see reality.Shogun4138 wrote: Thu Apr 23, 2026 4:18 pmrorswar wrote: Thu Apr 23, 2026 3:57 pm
So now your argument that WEs aren't in WBs isn't that they're bad at it, but that it's three button thrash play.
Right.
That's not my argument for WB play for WEs. First they don't have good aoe abilities. They don't have the gear set to stay alive in Wb play. With guard, they end up killing their guard and themselves in seconds.
Do you even play a WE?
Just read this snippet from a post on the forum: https://ibb.co/j9qWP8gp
The poster a few above me with the bullet points actually has very reasonable suggestions, save for #4 and #5.
Most people seem to be conflating all of the builds into one super-build when there are big tradeoffs to each of the build and you lose certain tools between them as well. For example, you do not take sac rewarded in the warband build and you will lose either vanish or cauldron elixirs, meaning the play pattern that's presented earlier is impossible.
Witch elf is in a great spot, finally, and I don't really think any of the classes numbers need changing.
That said, I would trade leap for sap in a heartbeat!
