some recommend to reduce Enemy class signs over player heads. but i never had issues with that.

DXVK (vulkan translation) Isn't really officially supported on Windows. So problems may arise. AMD GPU drivers on windows are known to be really bad with vulkan support, so not really anything new that it makes things worse.
