Sound ingame but npcs silent

I have a problem that I cannot solve on my own. Does anyone have any advice?
Normally, quest givers and other NPCs talk to you when you click on them, but at the moment they don't. Does anyone know why?
The NPCs do not have a click sound, but I can hear music and spell sounds. Only the click sound from NPCs is missing.

you use a language pack ? put English to fix it

i use German audio, can somone help me to download only the German audio file

If you want talking NPCs you have to install the english voicepack. With other languages the NPCs will unfortunately remain silent.
