Several years ago, when I was first introduced to the original WAR, I insantly fell in love with it. Actually I was kind of addicted. I just wanted to ask is this the real deal? Can I really play the game as it was before the close down? Can I go to places that would have required a subscription like troll country and beyond? Can I advance past level 10 all for free? Reply and help would be highly appreciated. Thank You

Yes and no. All free but only up to lvl 20, RR 30 - chaos/empire pairing only atm. PQs work partially. RR is of no relevance atm. Just play it and see for yourself. The more, the merrier

Just to clarify better what the poster above me ment is that yes you will be able to go up to the max level cap which was lvl 40 rr80 and go to all the zones that would have required subscription and all that....eventually.

As you might have noticed this server is in the alpha phase meaning that the developers are re-building and recoding this server from the ground up so thier are a lot bugs and content that are not fully working yet like certain zones, class abilities and tactics so level cap is only lvl 20 rr30 atm but once sufficient abilites and stuff have been fixed the cap will be raised again
