Don't kick people out midway in the WB pickup group

ppl create open wb and kick out ppl if they are not class/lvl/rr (evryone can join there) byt act as closed warband where u get inv by wispering leader with class/rr.

The discussion is getting off track. I understand WB leaders have it tough, and it's clear everyone is trying to cooperate even from an outsider's perspective.

What I want to say is please don't change the conditions midway and kick people.
If the conditions change due to level or other factors, you should announce it in WB chat. It's an open, public space, right?

Kicking low-level players because my favorite friend joined, kicking a level 16 melee DPS because they joined doesn't that make you feel bad?

Could we be a little kinder to new, low-level players? I don't need excuses like “I was kicked constantly myself” or “that harsh environment builds character.”

Would you treat your own child that way if you were treated harshly? Would you force that on others?
