Under the new conditions, snb BG should have access to 10 cd on punt.
Exile should now have 10 sec cd like IB.
When you use a great weapon, you apply a 5 sec slowdown.
I see no reason why it should be any different.
Otherwise, BG will be the only snb tank with 20 sec CD on punt.

The SM/KOTBS 1v1 superiority began when the SM (forget his name) couldn't win a duel to save his life and he discovered the 2x str contribution to Ravage and went on a nerf campaign. All in those archives if you dig hard enough.

Sorta sad looking at those links - balance seemed a bit better and <1% of the player base played both sides.

The Runefang nerf was not a great decision, but the KOTBS back then was like the WL today, no reason to play another Tank class. That doesn't mean we should be nerf requesting the 'mirror' but instead seeking buffs to make the classes more enjoyable again.
I do agree with you the devs should seek to buff classes instead of nerfing them, make everything powerful then there won't be a question of something standing out. But unfortunately the reality of the server is another. Hence we are forced to accept what the devs do and point out that which is too much.

I'm not against the Chosen being powerful, but with how other classes are at the moment i don't believe they're balanced if released like this, from the perspective of how sturdy it is, the kind of group utility it adds etc.

From my tests on the ptr earlier today, iirc with near softcap str i had 3 x dots with 1k spirit dps each( withering blow, seeping wound, blast wave). The relentless final strike hits hard with 2 dread auras, with 3 auras it did some impressive numbers.

Now if you imagine that on a real target, add the 4th dot touch of palsry and you can easily see why this is too much damage in total for a class this tanky. You could probably even manage to have 40% crit chance with it if you sacrifice some toughness and go with 5 off-sov set, fort axe etc.

It won't be fun to fight against it, i do not believe Chosen should go beyond their current live dps- level of performance. It was doing good enough. Only the kotbs needed a damage increase imho.

Yep! Maybe for the first 6 months i played Order only and it took months for Destro getting first Fortress try, and whole realm was very disappointed that destro did it first :D And the Slideshow that was fortress, destro didnt take it because ofc not(rof stacking etc was a thing stil) Sea of broken dreams was the the server, later merged to dragonback mountains? and from there to eltharion. If i remember correctly our alliance(and whole lots of others) got EU First enemy King kill!

I loved the first idea of city siege except that whole realm needed to win their instances or no enough victory points to get to stage II : D If your realm managed to get to beat Stage 1 which was the PvP stage of the City, dropped invader gear from gold bags, purple bags dropped 60dps wpns with procs.

Stage II Ie Warlord gear/63 dps proc wpns from purplebags wasnt dependant on your whole realm. So there was a timer that you could actually find interesting things in enemy City when Enemy was kicked out. Like Hidden Mini instances dropping mythic belts with 3 talisman slots!

If you had a chance at the king, you needed to beat maybe 5-6 bosses in Palace/Where destro sove/warlord merchants are. Those teleports there took you further up and these bosses dropped 66 dps proc wpns and the King Dropped sovereign pieces.

its probably just the coordination and the huge effort it took why i miss this pve aspect of this PvP game. Or original lotd with invading/defending tombs or Tovl was always the best<3

Yep, we had the first World king kill (Drow) on Volkmar when it was a nightmare to push (Zones, PQs, and SCs). The 3x Tali came from the tavern when you killed Gotrek the Slayer. For some time after (salute /Elite and other good organized Order) we would ask for the best WBs to queue first to fight the other sides' best players.

Was the reason this game has a such a good following IMO. It just got corrupted a bit by the NB conditional intellectuals who reduced the gameplay into addons knowledge superiority and subtle manipulation of contributors who wanted to be in their locker room.

kotbs having 65-75% ar pen is ok though lol
30%+15%+25-30% wepskill.
Add runefang and m1 as well
