Remove the ability to interact with outside doorways while in combat

The whole concept of a doorway being in some superposition state of being both opened and closed depending on whether you are friend or foe is corny and leads to cheese, remove it.

Why? the ability to rez from the wall wall still be there.

There’s no problem with the posterns, nor do I recall there ever having been one. There’s no need to change something that works perfectly when there are more important things to fix.

Because no defender will go outside of the keep if they can't use posterns while in combat.

you can see such effect at fort. When the door is blocked all fights stops attackers and deffenders just idle semi afk.

More fighting, less afk imo
