Farming mayhem and ruin sets. The purpose is to lower the exp gain so u benefit longer the booster system. The problem is to do that you need some prior game knowledge. It is hard job for a new guy
Ps doing pre 40s gunbad and beastlord also although 40 is req for a new guy

Re: PvE Instructor's Boon
Its so that you can do some PvE without gimping yourself too much.
Keeping your PvP rank the same or higher than your career rank is advisable in this game. Most of the PvP gear in this game requires your renown rank to be the same or higher than your career rank, so letting it fall behind can seriously hinder you.
However, there are times when the PvP isn't happening, or just isn't enjoyable for whatever reason. Sometimes you just need a break, or sometimes you want a specific piece of gear from PvE.
The instructors boon means you can go off and enjoy the PvE without over-leveling by too much. Common examples are grinding the mayham gearset (mid-20s) or ruin gearset (mid-30s) which both require repeating PQs. There's also various epic quests in the game that tend to offer reasonable rewards.
