[Am] Heal spec ( returnig player)

Hi all, im coming back to game after some years.
I have a rr70 zeal but i always like am design so why dont start one? I just wandering if am Is in right spot atm as healer ( remember It was third on 3 healer order) and what spec Is good ( dont care on Hybrid or DMG)

I have an 83 heal AM and imo the class is in the worst place it's ever been in. the recent "healer patch" has basically ruined the heal spec. You are forced to "use" the mechanic but by "use" i mean you have to hot 5 times to get the 5-stack of Tranquility so that your other heals are worth using for 1 GCD then your're back to spending GCDs on (mostly) hots or maybe shield/cleanse/the new weak 5s group heal if they're off CD to get back to 5. Its pretty unfun and clunky to play and I wish they would revert it back to how it was previously.

If you relied on EoV previously, get ready to be bummed because it's been nerfed hard.

There may be heal AMs out there that like this new meta but I"ve not come across one personally. You don't see a ton of heal AMs anymore, its mostly WPs now with some RPs sprinkled in. Its sad times. It was my favorite class and I can barely stand to play it now compared to WP. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
