For any DPS AM out there , help me with my build.

I've been leveling my Archmage as DPS, mostly solo, and I was wondering which tactics are worth using.
Do you think Empowered Lores is worth taking?
I'm not necessarily looking for the perfect build—just curious about what’s worked for you and what different builds you'd recommend for various situations.

Hey, man. Hope you get more info here, but the stuff I shared with you in game stands as far as my personal opinion goes for tactics. If you’re looking for a specific build, I run this one because it allows me to roam as ST but swap to AoE for keep/fort stuff.

Dps AM is not worth playing in the current state of the game. Spend your precious time on something that is good.

Dps AM is an amazing class for roaming parties. For solo play I would say it's the best class on order - maybe even a bit too good.
I run 5 sov/3 warlord atm and spent all my RR in crit / intelligence / crit reduction.

When i am zeg surfing or in a party i run empowered lores, even sometimes when i am solo and feeling lucky.

I usually run Isha's Encouragement for the cleanse/absorb/HoT combo it provides for 1 global. Pretty solid, imo. If I'm in an AOE situation, that gets swapped out for Radiant Burst.

I'm also leveling my int AM atm- mostly solo duo - currently rr50 but I think some lifetap healing is really nice to survive - not really sure on the tactics:

Arcing power: 33% lifesteal + less chance to get defended on your main lifetab heals seems rly good
Divine fury - more damage
Expanded control: Did somebody test this more in detail?
Ishta's Encouragement: dispell + hot

Discerning offense and master of force would be nice aswell.

Is bloodlord even that good - looks a lot worse to Victorious to me.

I tested expanded control in detail. If you have one more party member and you want to keep them alive it works great. You can pump out a lot of healing in a quick burst on one friendly target. But it also significantly reduces your dmg, thats why i usually don't use it for soloing.

Imo the tactic gets overlooked a lot but for a hybrid playstyle it's secretly op.

Ye I'm always running it at the moment as it gives me a lot of sustain for the occasional 1v1 - sometimes you can just dot some higher rr players up and then spam balance essence and outlast them.
