I believe all SM gear is dyable except the cloaks. Same for their WL cousins.

I wonder if this would be a change the devs can make.

To be more specific, make the cape on classes with none dyable Sov/Triumphant/Vic have the option to be dyable when an alternate skin is active. Truly it feels unfair for end-game fashion on these classes not to have the option and always be stuck with the basic color scheme.

To be clear, I was being hyperbolic. But, that said, for offensive sov armor at least (and I think the others) there are large amount of undyable areas that can be any color you want as long as it is gold.
