I'm playing in Korea, and until yesterday evening, I accessed the game normally and played.

Could you please tell me how I can check for issues with my network provider?
I have also been unable to connect due to connection timeouts since before and after this update.

I checked because I have a local cable modem from another company at home. The cable modem connects to the server normally. However, the only thing that is not connected to the server is the SKB provider line and I replaced it with another company.

you can try to use a vpn to fix it. if your isp is making troubles connecting to the server on its own.
