RunePriest and Rune of power (bug)

i just finish to up my RP and i discover a bug about Rune of power !
it does 535dmg instead of the description 20XXdmg
it is a problem for the dps specialisation thx to check it out ;)

I also just increased my RP account but didn't find this bug. I will try to check again. :|
