Oath Stone is a damage proc (it procs on block), and as of a while back the damage from procs like this cannot be increased by effects that increase damage by a percentage. This is a global change and affected all procs. The majority of procs were unable to crit before except for a few outliers which also got fixed in a recent patch.

However, it does now grant 6 seconds of the Immovable buff (can't be punted or rooted) to you and your Oath Friend. That was added in a recent patch but appears to be missing from the tooltip so I'm going to put it on the bug tracker now.

i readed also in patch about immovable, byt its never worked in game.( ather clases has very clearly pointed out immovable , like vauls tempering) will test it later maby its fixed.

It works perfectly.

It doesn't work as a reaction to Mara pulls, same with Vaul's Tempering.

If you pop after Mara started casting it won't prevent a pull. Which is silly.

Have you checked that recently? According to the bug tracker being pulled when you gain immunity during the cast of Terrible Embrace should now be fixed: https://bugs.returnofreckoning.com/view.php?id=22588

If not then you should put it on the bug tracker again and/or re-open that ticket.

I use it a lot to prevent pulls and it has always worked.

y i checked its small icon immovable and its works on oath friend also (maby didnt noticed in sc)
