Hello! I'm Grenaud. I used to play way back on release and was a healer DoK. Rerolled my DoK, ofc. I also dabbled around with my Choppa and Chosen tank.
I usually play from 10pm EST to 3am EST (USA east). I know this server is primarily EU, but wanted to ask how populated this server is during my times above. I noticed, so far, weekdays take up to 30+ minutes to pop a t1-2 scenario. Are most people here just on t4, or do I play during dead times?

Scenarios are a little less popular during that window, but I also play around this time pretty often and RvR has nice fights some evenings. Most of the population is in the T4 bracket, as you correctly guessed - you can join them in open RvR starting at level 16!
