[WL] Fresh level 40

As the title mentions, I am a fresh level 40 WL, are there any gearing tips you can give me, what gear pieces should I be chasing out in the beginning? Any progression guidance would be appreciated :)

Do beastlord quests and Hunter's Vale for Vale-Walker set. Very good gear for your rank and they carry you a long way. Vanquisher is also good from gold rvr bags.

Edit: As for weapon, T4 dwarf/greenskin rvr influence weapons are really good.
