Sorry about the song volume it's multiple clip from earlier video into one.
Now from 9 month ago.
Pretty much useless. Soo i ended up puting tons of points in initiative with ranked set that steal str and give initiate with full futile strike just to survive longer.
I've tried channel with my IB and chosen and it does stick alot more.(the channel) but my dok and wp it's really bad. I've even checked the combat log and most of the time it just cancel by it self.

It honestly looked normal to me.. just seems latency issues but people are just walking into to you to cancel the channel. :/ the 1st channel against the msh is probably the only one that looked a little bit odd others seemed them just walking to you or out of range to cancel it.

Would be really interesting to see how other melee channels are looking like on your end, to check if it latency-dependent or not. Do you have any other mdps classes to test their respective ST channels?

This is not how channels should work. Watch dps dok video from 2017 and you will see how the channnel should work. Btw WL pets worked back then as well, you could pounce to keep walls and pet would be there with you=) Also, you can see INTERRUPTED on the screen when you are interrupted, so clearly something is breaking channels atm that should not break them.
EDIT; Stink, Melee channels used to break after 25 or 30ft. Same for 100ft 3s fireball, target needs to be 125ft+ for casting to be "too far away" This is how they used to work aor and i think in RoR as well. You need to be 5ft to start the melee channel, or under 100ft to start casting, but casting only breaks when target is 126ft away. This is why WE/WH channel works perfect because it has 30ft range=) Same was true for all melee channels, but need to be within 5ft to start the cast.

After the cof rework this is exactly how channels work thought. If the enemy is behind you or out of range it breaks. Due to luigi being na? player it seems just latency issues where the guy looks to be infront when his infact not. You can see that on the very 1st fight where the guy looks to be in kd but then all suddenly "slides" to the left. I suppose work around could be removing cof from melee channels, not sure if that's too op? But thats the only way I see melee channels not breaking like this for people with poor latency..

Maybe an option for melee channels (targeted) would be to add snare component for whole duration?

From watching the channels in slow motion on your video:

1) I have no idea what happened with the BO but you also zoomed in so a lot of the UI was hidden at the key moment.

2) The Chosen got behind you

4) You ran out of RF when hitting the Mara - the channel cancelled automatically when you hit 5 RF as there isn't enough for the next tick

i didnt have the the time to watch the whole thing in slowmo, but Omegus got it, agreed.
I love u Yoluigi uknow that, but this issue is far far away from an ability being garbage, it feels like it, but u have to adapt your movement to apply it to full duration, being outta RF is another issue.

just make the cone wider so its not so bad from the sides, dont understand why punish melee like this and with the whole latency issue well we not all live in EU
