BO Masteries glitched?

I did some quick testing and it seems "Da Boss" path doesn't enhance its abilities. Discussing it with other players indicated that there's something going on with BO masteries. Does anyone know more? Do any of them work?

Thanks, I guess I'll stick with Da Tuffest for now. I'll test and post results on github again.
