Hello everyone!
In this thread we are looking for feedback regarding a new change we implemented in Return of Reckoning, namely the re-addition of Gear Set Pieces into RvR Gold Bags - Patch Notes. The majority of this new feature is working as intended but there are reports of missing gear and war crests in certain bags, which we require more feedback about.
A Fix for missing [War Crests] is already pending - that issue will be solved, we are interested in missing [Conquerer Set] Pieces right now.
Note: We can not give out compensations, nor do we take away any items - this is merely for bug-tracking to be able to solve this issue as soon as possible, so please provide only solid and true feedback.
The Issue
Currently we have narrowed down the problem only to Golden Bags received between Renown Rank 40 and Renown Rank 52 - that's supposed to have [Conquerer Set] pieces, but they are missing.
Feedback Guide
Please, if you have experienced missing [Conquerer Set] pieces in your RvR Golden Bags from normal Keep Fights and Zone Locks, provide the following information in this thread below:

- Career
- Renown Rank
- Contents of the Bag
- Screenshot ( optional )
Note: Additionally, in case you have experienced missing [Item Sets] of any other kind on other Renown Ranks from RvR Golden Bags, also please report it below with the proper information listed above.
