Problem with d/c when changing zones

Hello, recently I have been having a problem with d/c everytime I change zones. I have been clearing out my cache, settings are double checked for reliable frame rate and internet connection double checked and is good. Any suggestions on what else I can do to try to remedy this problem? Thanks https://null/.

DC to character select or Crash to desktop?
If your game files are all correct, network connection good, then maybe try with clean addon profile for your character(s).
