GEAR STOLEN

can one of the devs explain to me how a shaman named xsio was able to steal a purple bow drop from me.... when i was the only squig in group... i cant even begin to tell you what kind of bullshit that is.

id like some justice. or atleast a fix so other classes cannot roll on gear they can never use.....

thanks.

sadly all classes can roll Need on any weapon or jewelry because they are not class bounded yet. devs also can't help you there. you have to try to talk to that xsio (who ofc is a douchebag to roll on bows as shaman)

good luck

How harsh it may seems you don't have any rights on it. Everyone can roll on it and pretty much all will. But its a pretty lame thing to do, i give ya that!

Yup. I've lost out on need rolls for my class several times, but I don't really mind. Though I've never had a purple drop yet so I don't yet fully understand your anger xD Good luck in your ventures!

Can't epics be sold or traded? That bow is basically a staff in my mind. If it's a grind group or something more personal I would probably agree with the above replies then.
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

If you were pugging in a WB, you have no rights to any drop even if you are the only one who can use it. Maybe he will send the bow to his alt, or to a friend, or just sell it. And he has the right to do so.

Now, if you guys were like in a premade, or Lost Vale or ToVL or something like that, then you would have a point.

He didn't even respond to questions and eventually just left the raid.
Bad manners, I'd say.

People feel differently about gear drops and who should get them.

Personally anything that can be traded represents currency, and that currency represents gear on my character(s). So had I gotten the bow drop I wouldn't of traded you it unless you happen to be in same guild or a friend of course.

The bow is probably worth 200g+ not something you can rightfully expect a total stranger to pass up just because he can't "use" it.

Ultimately the best gear in the game should be obtainable via tokens/PQ drops, although right now runescibed weapons are BiS even over SC weapons, and without access to other T2 pairings inf rewards.

Why should he be questioned in the first place? I'd probly haven't answered myself.

I would like to see a SS of the chat window, i bet most of those questions weren't friendly.
